What is the Pure Encapsulations® Perks Loyalty Program?
Our loyalty program rewards you for shopping with us! Earn points for every purchase and redeem them for discounts and exclusive perks. You can also earn points for defined actions that can be found on Loyalty and Rewards | Pure Encapsulations, like following our social channels, leaving a product review and more!
How do I join the loyalty program?

Does it cost anything to join Pure Encapsulations® Perks?
Nope! It’s completely free to join Pure Encapsulations Perks.
How do I earn points?
You must be enrolled in Pure Encapsulations® Perks to earn reward points. You will begin to accumulate reward points upon enrolling, just make sure you’re logged in prior to placing your order! Purchases of Pure Encapsulations products that you make prior to enrolling are not eligible for reward points.
- Pure Encapsulations® Perks members earn one reward point for every U.S. dollar spent on Pure Encapsulations products, unless otherwise indicated.
- Pure Encapsulations® Perks members will earn points on purchases placed on PureForYou.com
- Pure Encapsulations® Perks members will earn points for defined actions that can be found on Loyalty and Rewards | Pure Encapsulations, like following our social channels, leaving a product review and more!
Do I earn points on subscription orders?
Yes! You’ll earn points on every recurring subscription order. Earned points are not eligible to be redeemed on subscription purchases.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming points is easy! You can apply your points at checkout in $5 increments. Points are redeemable on Pure Encapsulations products placed on PureForYou.com only.
How many points do I need to get a reward?
Pure Encapsulations® Perks members can redeem their points in $5 increments, which is equal to 100 points.
Can I redeem my points with other discounts or promotion codes?
Points cannot be redeemed when using other promotions or coupons for the same purchase.
Can I earn or redeem Pure Encapsulations® Perks points on phone orders?
No, Pure Encapsulations® Perks points can only be earned or redeemed when you place your order online at PureForYou.com, and you must be logged in to your account at the time of purchase. Phone orders are not eligible for loyalty rewards.
Do my points expire?
Yes, you will have 12 months to redeem your points based on when they are earned. The expiry dates can be found in your account dashboard, under the Rewards History section after you log in to your account.
Where can I see how many points I have?
Log in to your account dashboard and visit “Pure Encapsulations® Perks” to track your points balance and reward history.
What happens to my points if I return a product?
Any points earned on a purchase of a product that is later returned will be removed from your account. If you redeem points when purchasing a product that is later returned, then those points will remain used and continue to be deducted for your account.
My points aren’t showing up – what should I do?
Double-check to make sure you were logged in to your account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. Points typically appear within 24-48 hours after your order is placed. If you still don’t see them, please contact our support team.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder.
If I forget to log in, can I still get points for my purchase?
You must be logged in to your account when purchasing to earn rewards.
How does the referral program work?
Refer a friend and you both earn rewards! When you submit your referral, your friend will get $10 off their first purchase of $75 sent to them via email. Once your friend makes their first purchase you will get 200 points (a $10 value) added to your account to redeem on a future purchase.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
Nope – refer as many friends as you’d like!
